Designed by Jean Berret as a cruiser-racer “Antares” dates from 1985 and has given many great years sailing to her previous owners. This is one of the best examples of this iconic yacht on the market at the moment, having been professionally maintained by her current owner with attention to detail clearly evident. The Volvo MD 2002 18HP has a full service record from Rossbrin Boatyard. Double cabins forward and aft and two singles each side in the saloon gives great room for the whole family. This example comes with many extras including: Eberspacher interior heating to prolong the sailing season, 2 chart plotters, 2 autopilots, fixed VHF plus separate cockpit mounted hand set, electric windlass anchor winch, with dedicated battery. Antares is at present still afloat in Schull, and form October will be laid up as usual in Rossbrin Boatyard.
